Before you start tracking shipments, you must determine how you intend to use Flex Global View (FGV). Use one of the following four methods to track shipments:

• Log into FGV without selecting a specific Waybill number. Use this method to view all available modules from which to query, per your User ID. You must have a valid login and password to use this method.
• Track individual Waybills without logging into FGV. Use this method (Quick Track) to view high level shipment status for a selected Waybill.
• Simultaneously log into FGV and track individual Waybills. Use this method to view all available modules from which to query, per your User ID, and to view high level shipment status for a selected Waybill.
• Tracking Options without Logging into FGV. Use this method (Quick Track) to track by Freight Tracking Number, Freight Reference Number, Package Tracking Number, or Package Reference Number.

To log into FGV without selecting a specific Waybill number

1. Type your User ID, or Company Login Name in the User ID field. 
2. Type your password in the Password field.
3. Select the module to which you want Flex Global View to default from the Start Page dropdown list.

NOTE: Select the Make this my default page checkbox to always arrive at the specified module upon login.

4. Click Log In. From here, you can query accordingly.

NOTE: FGV undergoes regularly scheduled maintenance every Tuesday from 4:00 to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time. You can not access FGV during this time.  

To track individual Waybills without logging into FGV

1. From the Quick Track box, type the complete Waybill number in the Waybill field.  
2. Click Go. High level query results appear.

NOTE: FGV undergoes regularly scheduled maintenance every Tuesday from 4:00 to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time. You can not access FGV during this time.  

To simultaneously log into FGV and track individual Waybills

1. Type your User ID, or Company Login Name in the User ID field.
2. Type your password in the Password field. 
3. Type the complete Waybill number in the Waybill field.
4. Click Login. Detailed query results appear.

NOTE: FGV undergoes regularly scheduled maintenance every Tuesday from 4:00 to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time. You can not access FGV during this time.   

To track using other tracking options without logging into FGV

1. From the Quick Track box, select Other Tracking Options.
2. Navigate to and select tracking options as appropriate. 

NOTE: FGV undergoes regularly scheduled maintenance every Tuesday from 4:00 to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time. You cannot access FGV during regularly scheduled maintenance.
