To track Freight by Tracking Number

  1. Select Freight Tracking Number in the Track By drop down list.
  2. Enter up to 25 freight tracking numbers separated by commas (,).
  3. Click Track. The Search Results page displays the latest status criteria and the latest status date.
  4. Click the Shipment Number link to view the Freight Tracking Detail Display page.

Click Printer Friendly (PDF) to display and print details in a printer-friendly format.
Click EXCEL to download results to a Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet.
Click CSV to download results in a comma-separated value format.

To track Freight by Reference Number

  1. Select Freight Reference Number in the Track By drop down list.
  2. Enter a freight reference number or name in the Reference Number field. For example, enter information that the shipping company or customer uses to identify vendors, shipments, purchase orders, and so on.
    NOTE: Use the wildcard character (%) if you do not know the exact spelling of the reference information.
  3. Enter optional search criteria in any of the following fields:
    • Status. Select Shipment Status in the drop down field.
    • Origin. Enter the five-character UN location (UNLOC) code for the location from which the shipment originates. If you do not know the UN location (UNLOC) code, click the Look Up Port link.
    • Destination. Enter the five-character UN location (UNLOC) code for the shipment's final destination. If you do not know the code, click the Look Up Port link.
    • Date. Specify a date from the Select Date Type drop down list, then enter a date range in the From and To fields. Use the MMM DD YYYY format. (e.g. Jan 01 2005)
      NOTE: FGV accepts a 30-day maximum date range.
    • File Date. The date the House Air Waybill was created in the export system.
    • ETD Date. The estimated date of departure for the first leg of the voyage.
    • ETA Date. The estimated date of arrival for the first leg of the voyage.
    • Shipment Door ETA. The estimated date of delivery of goods to Consignee's door.

  4. Click the Track. The Search Results page displays the latest status criteria and the latest status date.
  5. Click the Shipment Number link to view the Freight Tracking Detail Display page.

Click EXCEL to download results to a Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet.
Click CSV to download results in a comma-separated value format.

To track a UPS Package by Tracking Number

  1. Select Package Tracking Number in the Track By drop down list.
  2. Enter up to 25 UPS Tracking Numbers, separated by commas (,).
  3. Select the box next to By selecting this box and the "Track" button, I agree to these terms and conditions.
  4. Click Track. The UPS Tracking Summary Display page shows the latest status criteria and the latest status date.
  5. Click the Tracking Number link to view the UPS Tracking Detail Display page.

Click Printer Friendly (PDF) to display and print details in a printer-friendly format.
Click EXCEL to download results to a Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet.
Click CSV to download results in a comma-separated value format.

To track a UPS Package by Reference Number

  1. Select Package Reference Number in the Track By drop down list.
  2. Enter a UPS Reference Number or name in the Reference Number field. For example, enter information that the shipping company or customer uses to identify vendors, shipments, purchase orders, and so on.
  3. Enter Optional Reference Qualifiers in any of the following fields:
    • Pickup Date From. Enter a date range in the From and To fields. Use the MM DD YYYY format. (e.g. 01/01/2005).
    • Pickup Date To. Enter a date range in the From and To fields. Use the MM DD YYYY format. (e.g. 01/01/2005).
      NOTE: FGV accepts a 30-day maximum date range.
    • UPS Shipper Number. The UPS Parcel Account Number for the shipper.
    • Destination Postal Code. Enter a Postal Code for the Destination Country.
    • Destination Country. Select a destination country in the drop down field.

  4. Select the box next to By selecting this box and the "Track" button, I agree to these terms and conditions.
  5. Click Track. The UPS Tracking Summary Display page shows the latest status criteria and the latest status date.
  6. Click the Tracking Number link to view the UPS Tracking Detail Display page.

Click EXCEL to download results to a Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet.
Click CSV to download results in a comma-separated value format.

To Login to FGV from anonymous Housebill Detail view

  1. Type your User ID, or Company Login Name in the User ID field.
  2. Type your password in the Password field.
  3. Click Log In. From here, you will be taken to the authorized Housebill Detail view.

Click EXCEL to download results to a Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet.
Click CSV to download results in a comma-separated value format.
