Tip: In the User ID field, enter the ID you want to use to log in to Flex Global View. Your User ID must consist of 8 to 12 characters, including at least one number and one letter.

Tip: The e-mail address given must match the domain extension on file for the associated Business ID.

Tip: In the Business ID field, enter the FGV Business ID (Sometimes called a Web Business ID or Web ID) that has been assigned to your company. If you do not know your company's Business ID please contact your company's FGV administrator or your UPS representative for assistance.

Tip: Enter any special instructions for your request in this field.
